CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
REFORMER
REFORM & FLOW (Beginner)
Reform & Flow is the ideal starting point for your Reformer Pilates journey. This beginner-friendly class focuses on proper form, core engagement, and mindful movement through slow, controlled exercises and gentle stretching. Expect a low-impact session that improves flexibility, releases tension, and leaves you feeling aligned and refreshed.
REFORM & TONE SERIES (Intermediate)
Reform: Arms & Abs
This intermediate class targets upper body and core strength through controlled, resistance-based Reformer movements. Expect focused exercises that challenge core stability, improve posture, and build strong, toned arms and abs.
Reform: Abs & Booty
Designed to strengthen your core and glutes, Reform: Abs & Booty focuses on precise, low-impact movements that build strength and muscle activation. Expect targeted Reformer exercises that fire up your abs, sculpt your glutes, and help you level up your Pilates practice.
REFORM & SWEAT (Intermediate)
Reform & Sweat is a faster-paced, high-energy Reformer Pilates class that combines core strengthening with cardio-inspired sequences. Expect a full-body burn that boosts endurance, tones muscles, and leaves you feeling energized and accomplished.
REFORM & POWER (Intermediate)
Reform & Power focuses on strength, control, and resistance. Using heavier springs and slower, intentional reps, this class challenges your full body to build muscle, improve stability, and develop deeper strength. Ideal for those who want to feel powerful, grounded, and in control.
TOWER
TOWER FLOW (Beginner)
Tower Flow is a beginner-friendly class that introduces the fundamentals of Tower Pilates. Using slow, controlled movements and supported exercises, this class helps improve flexibility, posture, and body awareness while building a strong foundation.
TOWER TONE (Intermediate)
Tower Tone is an intermediate class focused on sculpting and strengthening the core, arms, and legs using resistance-based Tower exercises. Expect a more challenging flow that improves stability, muscle endurance, and overall control.
REFORMER – TOWER
REFORMER TOWER FLOW (Beginner)
Reformer Tower Flow introduces both Reformer and Tower Pilates in one supportive class. With an emphasis on mindful movement, stretching, and proper technique, this class helps build confidence, flexibility, and body awareness while gently activating the muscles.
REFORMER TOWER TONE (Intermediate)
Reformer Tower Tone combines the strength of the Reformer with the resistance of the Tower for a full-body workout. This intermediate class targets the core, arms, and glutes through controlled, resistance-based movements that improve posture, strength, and muscle definition.

Suggested Weekly Structure
- Beginners: 2–3x Flow-based classes per week
- Intermediate: 2x Tone + 1x Flow per week
- Strength-focused: 1x Power + 1x Tone + 1x Flow per week
