CLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Class Booking

    All participants are required to book classes through the official website in accordance with the selected branch and available schedule.

  2. Booking Cut-Off Time

    Class bookings may be made as long as the class has not yet started, subject to schedule availability and open slots.

  3. Class Cancellation by Participant

    Class cancellations must be made no later than 3 (three) hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made after this time or failure to attend the class (no-show) will result in the class credit being forfeited and non-refundable.

  4. Class Duration

    Each class has a duration of 50 (fifty) minutes, including warm-up and cool-down sessions.

  5. Arrival Time

    Participants are advised to arrive at least 10 (ten) minutes before the class begins for preparation.

  6. Late Arrival

    Participants arriving more than 10 (ten) minutes after the class has started will not be permitted to join the class and may be directed to attend the next available class, subject to slot availability. In such cases, the class credit will still be considered used under all circumstances.

  7. Mandatory Attire

    Participants are required to wear:

    • Comfortable and appropriate workout attire
    • Pilates grip socks
  8. Maximum Number of Participants

    The maximum number of participants per class is 8 (eight) persons.

  9. Minimum Number of Participants

    There is no minimum participant requirement. Classes will proceed even if attended by only 1 (one) participant.

  10. Schedule Changes & Class Cancellation by Management

    Management reserves the right to make changes to class schedules, replace instructors, or cancel classes under certain circumstances. If a class is canceled by management, the class credit will not be forfeited and will be returned to the participant's account.

  11. Health Condition & Personal Responsibility

    Participants are fully responsible for their own health conditions and are required to inform the instructor prior to the class of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy.

  12. Safety, Conduct & Compliance

    Participants must follow the instructor's guidance at all times for safety purposes. Management reserves the right to discontinue a participant's involvement if their actions are deemed unsafe for themselves or others.

  13. Personal Belongings

    Management is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings while on the studio premises.

  14. Final Provision

    By booking a class, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable class terms and conditions.
