RECHARGE PAYMENT SCHEME TERMS & CONDITIONS
(6-Month and 12-Month Memberships)

Initial Payment (Commitment Fee)
Recharge requires an initial commitment fee as follows:
- For a 12-month membership, an upfront payment equal to 3 (three) times the monthly fee is required.
- For a 6-month membership, an upfront payment equal to 2 (two) times the monthly fee is required.
The commitment fee is mandatory, non-refundable, and forms part of the total membership value.

Monthly Installment Payments
Monthly installment payments must be made on a recurring monthly basis, according to the due date, which is calculated from the date of the member's first attended class.

Commitment Fee Application
The commitment fee will be applied to cover payments for:
- Months 11 and 12 of a 12-month membership;
- Month 6 of a 6-month membership.

Late Payment Policy
If a monthly installment payment is not made on or before the due date, the commitment fee will be forfeited and cannot be applied toward the final month(s) of the membership.

Membership Change Policy
Neither the commitment fee nor an active membership may be transferred, modified, or converted into another membership type under any circumstances.

Final Provision
By opting for this payment scheme, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Recharge Payment Scheme Terms & Conditions.
Management reserves the right to amend these terms when necessary, with notice provided through official Recharge communication channels.
