Welcome to ReKlub, operated by PT Bugar Jiwa Raga ("ReKlub", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, registering, or using our platform, services, or facilities, you ("Member", "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Master Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services & Hierarchy of Terms

   ReKlub is an integrated wellness and fitness ecosystem providing services including, but not limited to:

   • Recharge (Functional Training)
   • Reform (Pilates)
   • Restore (Physiotherapy & Recovery)
   • Refuel / Reshape (Nutrition & Catering)
   • Readjust (Education & Workshops)

   These Master Terms apply to all interactions within the ReKlub ecosystem.

   Brand-Specific Terms: Certain services may be subject to additional terms and conditions ("Brand-Specific Terms"), including but not limited to class policies, clinical consent forms, or workshop agreements.

   In the event of any inconsistency:

   • Brand-Specific Terms shall prevail only for the relevant service, and
   • These Master Terms shall remain applicable in all other respects.
2. Membership & Account Registration
   • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
   • ReKlub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that:
     • Contains false or misleading information
     • Is used in violation of these Terms
3. Health & Fitness Responsibility

   By using ReKlub services, you acknowledge and agree that:

   • You are physically and medically fit to participate in the selected activities.
   • You will complete any required health screening, including the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), honestly and accurately.
   • Your participation in any session is conditional upon clearance based on such screening.
   • You will immediately inform coaches or staff of any injury, discomfort, or medical condition.

   ReKlub shall not be responsible for injuries or complications arising from:

   • Undisclosed or inaccurate health information
   • Failure to follow instructions
   • Misuse of equipment or facilities
4. Assumption of Risk

   You acknowledge that participation in fitness, training, recovery, and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

   • Physical injury
   • Illness or medical complications
   • Permanent disability or death (in rare cases)

   You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, whether known or unknown, arising from your participation.

5. Intellectual Property

   All intellectual property within the ReKlub ecosystem, including but not limited to:

   • Brand names (ReKlub, Recharge, Reform, Restore, Refuel, Reshape, Readjust)
   • Logos, content, and media
   • Training systems, programming methodologies, and materials

   are the exclusive property of PT Bugar Jiwa Raga. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows
   • All bookings must be made through official ReKlub platforms.
   • Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by service and are communicated at the point of booking.
   • Failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show") may result in:
     • Session forfeiture
     • Temporary or permanent booking restrictions

   ReKlub reserves the right to:

   • Modify schedules, instructors, or session formats
   • Cancel sessions where necessary
7. Payments, Refunds & Expiry
   • All payments are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
   • Memberships, packages, and sessions are:
     • Non-transferable
     • Non-exchangeable
   • Expiry dates apply as stated at the time of purchase.

   Membership freeze or extension requests:

   • Must be submitted in advance
   • Are subject to applicable policies and approval at ReKlub's discretion
8. Code of Conduct

   Members agree to:

   • Treat all staff and fellow members with respect and professionalism
   • Follow all instructions, rules, and safety guidelines
   • Use facilities and equipment responsibly

   ReKlub reserves the right to deny access, suspend, or terminate membership immediately for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate.

9. Personal Data, Privacy & Media Consent

   By using ReKlub services, you agree that:

   • Your personal data may be collected and used for:
     • Service delivery
     • Performance tracking
     • Communication and support
     • Marketing and promotional purposes
   • ReKlub may capture photos and videos during activities for use in:
     • Social media
     • Marketing campaigns
     • Internal documentation

   You may opt out of media usage by submitting a written request.

10. Force Majeure

    ReKlub shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters
    • Government regulations or restrictions
    • System failures
    • Public health emergencies
11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReKlub shall not be liable for:

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
    • Injuries or damages arising from participation in activities
12. Amendments & Governing Law
    • ReKlub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
    • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
