REKLUB – MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership Fees & Payments

   By purchasing any membership, package, or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed on our official platforms. All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

   ReKlub reserves the right to adjust pricing, packages, and inclusions at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

   All bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling must be made through our official platform.

   Cancellation windows vary across different business units, class types, and time slots, and may be updated from time to time at management's discretion. The applicable cancellation policy will be shown at the point of booking.

   Failure to cancel within the applicable window, including rescheduling or switching time slots, will result in:

   • Deduction of class credits (for package holders), or
   • A recorded late cancellation / no-show (for unlimited memberships)

   Unlimited Membership Policy:

   Members are allowed a maximum of three (3) no-shows or late cancellations within a rolling 30-day period. Exceeding this limit will result in an automatic suspension of booking privileges for seven (7) days, during which no class reservations may be made.

   ReKlub reserves the right to modify cancellation policies at any time to ensure fair access for all members.

3. Booking & Check-In Policy

   All sessions must be booked in advance via our official platform.

   • Check-in Requirement: Members must be physically present and checked in before the session begins.
   • Spot Release: If not checked in by the scheduled start time, your spot may be released to waitlisted members.
   • Late Arrival: A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be allowed; however, entry is not guaranteed if your spot has been reassigned.
4. Health Declaration & Fitness to Participate

   By participating in any ReKlub services, you confirm that:

   • You have completed all required health screening forms (including PAR-Q or equivalent assessments) truthfully and accurately.
   • You are physically and medically fit to participate in exercise, therapy, or related services.
   • You will inform staff immediately of any injury, condition, or change in health status.

   ReKlub reserves the right to refuse participation if a member is deemed unfit or at risk.

5. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

   You acknowledge that participation in fitness training, physiotherapy, recovery services, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death.

   By using our services, you:

   • Voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with participation
   • Agree that ReKlub (including Recharge, Reform, Restore, Refuel, Readjust), its directors, employees, coaches, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or health-related issue arising from participation
   • Confirm that you have been advised to seek medical clearance prior to participation

   This waiver applies to all services, facilities, and activities under the ReKlub ecosystem.

6. Personal Belongings

   You acknowledge that ReKlub is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings.

   All items brought into our facilities are at your own risk. This includes items stored in lockers, common areas, or any part of the premises.

7. Code of Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

   All members are expected to uphold ReKlub's values, community standards, and house rules at all times.

   ReKlub reserves the full and absolute right to:

   • Suspend or terminate any membership, package, or service
   • Refuse access to facilities or services
   • Remove any individual from the premises

   This applies in cases including, but not limited to:

   • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
   • Violation of house rules or staff instructions
   • Actions that negatively impact other members, staff, or the brand

   No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Minors Policy

   Participants must meet the minimum age requirements set by ReKlub.

   • Individuals aged 15–17 may participate only with parental/guardian consent
   • Individuals below 15 years old are not permitted, unless explicitly approved for specific programs

   Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors under their care.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

   ReKlub reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

   Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
